Use of the website and app

You agree to use PeaceParent lawfully, respectfully and only for its intended purpose: helping separated or divorced parents organise co-parenting communication, schedules and decisions.

No legal advice

PeaceParent is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Information on the website and in the app is for general organisational and communication purposes only. For legal advice about custody, divorce, court orders or child arrangements, speak to a qualified legal professional.

Subscriptions and App Store purchases

If PeaceParent offers subscriptions, free trials or in-app purchases, these are handled through Apple's App Store. Payment, cancellation and refund rules may be governed by Apple's terms and your App Store account settings.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the information you add, share or send through PeaceParent. You should not use PeaceParent to send abusive, threatening, unlawful or harmful content.

Availability

We aim to keep PeaceParent available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or remove features as the product develops.

Intellectual property

The PeaceParent name, design, website content, app interface, graphics and related materials belong to PeaceParent or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PeaceParent is not responsible for indirect losses, legal outcomes, relationship outcomes, custody decisions or disputes between users.
